- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 lb. of fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
2. Place the remaining ingredients and the sugar syrup in a blender for 1 minute. Transfer to a 9X13 dish.
3. Freeze for 3 hours and serve!
