Although I wish I had come up with this recipe, I must credit Southern Living for this one. Oh my goodness, this is the lightest, sweetest, most refreshing sorbet! I sat out on the back deck last night, propped my feet up, and indulged. :)
You will need:
- 5 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice
1. Process all ingredients until smooth.
2. Freeze for 3 hours and serve!
