I made this for my lunch today, and it was so yummy! I just had to share the recipe!
You will need:
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of strawberries (c. 7)
- 1/2 cup of skim milk OR 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp. of granulated sugar
Blend and enjoy!
