Gosh, the end of the school year is ALWAYS a crazy time, passing like a whirlwind and leaving you feeling, well, completely pooped. Here are some snapshots of life lately!

Memorial Day & Weekend

Field Day 2019!

Nathan (2nd) and Jack (kindergarten) had field day today! It was a loud, messy, wet BLAST!

Easter 2019

Our first Easter in Houston was very beautiful and sweet! We went to church in the morning, and then spent the afternoon at Scott’s parents’ house, swimming and hanging out!

Playtime At Field Elementary

The boys and I embarked yesterday on our weekly “lizard walk” through the neighborhood, but we quickly detoured to play at Field Elementary’s newly-finished play area and soccer field. They had a blast, and it was a picture perfect day off of school! We even went for snow cones afterwards. Yum, yum! I LOVE the boys’ school, and it’s so nice that it is a quick walk from home. 

Our First Astros Game

Last week, our friends kindly invited us to go see an Astros game! We had such a great time, and Henry and Jack were in heaven! (I’m not so sure Nathan loved it!) It was really fun to see competitive baseball on THAT level. What a great time!
