Trip To Austin

Charlotte and I tagged along with Scott to Austin a couple of weekends ago. It was a nice, relaxing break! Scott had a conference, but Charlotte and I enjoyed ourselves plenty! We even shared our very first mommy/daughter breakfast in bed! Yay for girl time!

Math Challenge

We’re so proud of Nathan! He and five other third graders represented his school in the Houston Rainbow Math Challenge, and they came in first place! Nathan was so happy, and we had a wonderful time watching them win!

Fun At The Zoo

Henry, Charlotte, and I had a fun morning at the zoo! Henry was determined to see a tiger, a Komodo dragon, a python, and a gorilla. We saw them all except the Komodo dragon! We even ended our visit with an ice cream!

Henry’s Third Birthday Party

My big boy Henry turned three! And gosh, did we have a fun party to celebrate! Henry’s friends came over, and Pops and BeeGee flew in to celebrate the birthday boy! And of course, what else would the theme be other than construction trucks?! I LOVE this three year old!

Baton Rouge

This weekend, we drove to Baton Rouge for my Mimi’s funeral. The service was beautiful, and it was nice to see all of my family. After we left the church, and before we got back on the road, we took the kiddos to Coffee Call.
