4th Of July

Our 4th was so much fun! We got together with friends, swam, took long naps, barbecued, and were basically lazy, sunburned, and messy all day long. :)

The toddler had to go outside and play with Uncle Pudlumps. Uncle Pudlumps knows cool things, like how to fill up your Cozy Coupe with ice water, and how to go flying at lightning speed down the driveway.

We had planned to meet some friends downtown to watch the fireworks, but I was simply too pooped. After a day full of fun and sun, I could hardly keep my eyes opened. So, we told the toddler that sparklers were "just like fireworks," and we entertained him for about 3 minutes. And no, I wasn't too thrilled that he was 100% unafraid.
