I love a good smoothie for breakfast! I made this one this morning, and it was so yummy I had to pass along my recipe! I used frozen fruit since it's January, and this makes one serving.
You will need:
• 7 frozen strawberries
• 1/2 of a banana
• 4 peach slices
• 3/4 cup of orange juice
• 1 spoonful of low fat vanilla yogurt
• 2 tbsp. of granulated sugar
Blend and enjoy! Yay for fruit smoothies in the dead of winter! :)
